Content Creators: If you register an account to sell, distribute, or publish games or other content on Adultgaming.net, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as a platform Content Creator (“Content Creator”). Content Creators affirm that they are either more than 18 years of age and fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement.
4. Acceptable Use

5. Content Creator Content

Content Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and distribute on Adultgaming.net. They must own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to publish, duplicate, and distribute the submitted content. The Company does not endorse copyright infringement, and violations may result in content removal and account termination.
6. User Generated Content
Summary: This section addresses the use of User Generated Content on the platform.
Users can generate content such as ratings, reviews, and profile information (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”). By uploading or creating UGC, users grant the Company a license to use, reproduce, create derivative works, display, perform, and distribute the UGC.

Content Creators may set prices for their content and products at their discretion. The Company will collect purchase prices and applicable fees through its payment providers. The Company may withhold taxes, duties, or other charges required by law. Users are not allowed to use IP proxies or similar methods to circumvent geographic restrictions.
10. Refunds
Summary: This section addresses refund requests for technical issues and content quality.
Users may request refunds for content that cannot run or accurately represents what was advertised. Content Creators may be directed to resolve technical issues with users. Refund requests can be submitted by contacting support.
11. Unclaimed Earnings In Content Creator Accounts
Summary: This section explains the maintenance fee for unclaimed earnings in Content Creator accounts older than a year.
Content Creator accounts receiving payouts may be subject to a maintenance fee for unclaimed earnings older than one year. The Company will debit 10% of the original revenue earned per purchase older than 12 months until the balance reaches zero or a withdrawal is initiated.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
